Pooja items are sacred and largely consumable, so they are not eligible for return once delivered. We will, however, always help if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
- Email admin@sivapoojastore.com or call 99420 38038 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear photos of the outer package and the product.
- After verification we will send a replacement, or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Non-returnable items
Opened, used or consumable items, and items damaged due to misuse after delivery, are not eligible for replacement or refund.
