Order processing

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or festivals.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery PIN code and order weight, and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details by email or SMS where available.

Festival orders

Incorrect address
